Today: In groups, Read Act 3, Scene 5 of "Romeo & Juliet." Parts in this scene are: Juliet, Romeo, Nurse, Lady Capulet, and Lord Capulet. Read Act 3, Scene 5 HERE.
Exit Slip: Juliet is now being forced to marry Paris, but she's already secretly married to Romeo. If you were Juliet, what would you do? Would you forget about Romeo and marry Paris or would you leave your family forever and run away with Romeo? (Remember, if you leave your family, you will have no money and no home.) Be sure to explain you answer and reasons.
