Objective: Students will be able to identify run-ons and comma splices in order to turn them into correct sentences.
Do-Now: Prepare for your quiz on Run-Ons and Comma Splices. Make sure you have a pen/pencil and that you sharpen your pencil NOW. You will not be able to get up to sharpen it during the quiz. If you're using a pen, make sure you have enough ink. If in doubt, make sure you have TWO things to write with in case one of them malfunctions.
